Stanford Blood Center and Stanford Football vs. Cal Rivals for Life! (Closed for Input)

Wow, that's a mouthful! Stanford Blood Center is running a blood drive called "Rivals for Life", in which Stanford donors try to beat out UC Berkeley (Cal) donors. We would like you to come up with an idea that shows Stanford and Cal going head to head, and include the phrase Rivals for Life. I have also provided our logo, please include that in your design. We're not sure yet how we will use the design - stickers, bags, shirts, etc. are all options. The product may depend upon the design we choose.
NOTE: The Stanford logo is copyrighted material, please set the permission on all submitted designs to "NOT FOR SALE" until we get final approval on the winning designs.

The idea behind this design is that Stanford and Cal are clashing with each other for collecting blood/donating blood.

Alright... I could not find a mascot for stanford so I had to think of different idea. I am not too much into it but having Helmets butting head can be a thought too.
I thought of a different way. I have family from Stanford so I am supporting Stanford here (nothing against you Cal but you don't get my vote). Here is a thought... If someone wnats to take it further do so.
I will put it not for Sale for now but let me know when I can "turn the switch on"

A great cause. I read about this in one of the blog... I love the rival theme. Here is a first take on it... I think if you are working on Stickers, shirt, shoe or bags this will look killer. I also like to thank some of the artist on this site who influenced me for the design including skyfly. Also thanks to those idea smackers who gave me the ideas and great compliments... Love it guys.
I tried to use the theme of ying and yang so the balance of life and giving blood. Then the rivals (Uahuuahhhh like a strong tiger) ..... Good Cause guys.. Keep it UP!!!!!! Go Stanford

Aptat...great design.Very, very fabulous. Here is a suggestion. The official colors of Stanford are Red/White and the office colors for Cal is Blue/Yellow. Maybe we can modify the Ying/Yang to reflect the school colors?

Hi artfinger! Great question. The item featuring this design will be given out at the blood drive. The blood drive will have the theme of "Rivals for Life", which is a blood drive held to celebrate the Big Game against Cal.
is this for the blood drive or the football game?
